Objectives of the Session Include:

  • Increasing participants’ understanding of the programmatic approaches necessary for establishing PPFP/PPIUCD services.
  • Highlighting key components such as advocacy from Ob-Gyn providers, the creation of educational materials for training, the development of master trainers, and the provision of necessary equipment.
  • Strengthening supervision, post-insertion follow-up, and documentation to ensure the quality and scale of services.

Additionally, participants will learn about critical lessons, such as the importance of identifying and involving program champions, engaging all facility staff, and using examples from satisfied clients to promote services and increase acceptors.

This session aims to equip participants with practical tools and strategies to enhance the quality and reach of PPIUCD services in their respective regions.
